I picked it up this morning locally.. Looks like an old fracture, not fresh. I sent the builder an email already with the same picture asking them if it'll be a problem. I'm guessing the builder saw it and thought it wasn't going to be a problem.. but I'm just surprized to see such damage on an engine that I spent so much $$$ on already.. They advertise in national magazines and sounded competent to me over the course of the build... Lesson learned: do full inspection of engine before taking possession..
