You can try registering it with the out of state registration/title and the Bill of Sale. I think (hope) you won't have a problem. Otherwise, the inspection/re-vin number assignment and re-registration process isn't too difficult. However, you will lose the vintage year registration and will probably be classified as a '-- Custom (based on year of build).
