You should be OK, if your insurance card matches what the out of state title says exactly with regard to VIN, Model, Make, etc. Just go in and say you want to register an out of state car.
Make sure that your insurance company knows that it is a replica (NEVER say KIT CAR to them or DMV) of a 1965 Cobra (unless you are lucky enough to be getting an Original 1965 Shelby-made Cobra). If you ever have a claim, they could use that nasty word "fraud" and deny you your money. Same thing goes, if you ever sell it. Be honest with the buyer.
