Tony,

Paxton is a reasonable choice for carbuerated 351 Windsors... The Shelby 350GT Mustang in 1969 I believe has one from the factory.

Anyway, they sell a "universal" 351 kit with a Novi 1200 model supercharger plus the pressure box that is pretty much like that original mustang unit. Good for 6-7 psi boost, probably get you 75 or more HP. Thats a centrifugal model. The "roots" type blowers are similar but take up a lot of height so hood mods might be necessary. Weiand makes one that is for the 302 but will fit a 351 with an adapter for the manifold that you get somewhere else.

I have no personal experience with this, this is just info I get from reading about this stuff. Good Luck, sounds cool.
