That picture has the ratcheting mechanism pictured and included.
I recently installed one exactly like that on my NAF. In OEM fashion it bolts to a bracket attached to the toploader 4 speeed tranny. I was not able to do that and had to machine a few parts to make it work while bolted to the bottom side of the fiberglass tunnel. It took some serious planning, a little welding and cutting on the lower parts of the mechanism. The metal is VERY hard, as in seriously heat treated!
