Default steering wheel kick back

Steering wheel kick-back what is normal?
My SPF has a slight steering wheel kick-back at times, maybe at 60-70 mph and depending on road surfaces. Letting go of the steering wheel, steering wheel movement is maybe ½ of an inch, the car tracks straight, wheels are balanced and alignment is with in specs. I run on Michelin Pilots, 17 inch 295 front, 335 rear, air pressure cold is 21 psi.
I checked all of the linkages, no play in steering box, with front end jacked up, a slight turn on steering wheel turns front tires.
