I have tried to contact A&C several times in the last few weeks, and not had any luck. I called several times and left messages, but never had my calls returned. I tried e-mailing a couple questions, and never had them returned either. I did get two information packets from them on the kit I was interested in (both of which were the same), but they were just print-outs of the web pages available on their website.

What gives? This can't be normal for a company that seems to have a pretty good reputation. Is something going on at their shop or something?
