I wonder whether the original roadsters were stamped/pressed or made on an english wheel like the coupes. If they weren't made on a machine, then probably 90+% of the manufacturers today absolutely do NOT have the right shape because they have all tweeked their bodies to be smoother/rounder/more simetrical--way more perfect in overall shape than an original, which actually makes them way off!! Hunter advertises their body as very original due to NOT tweeking the unsimetricity out of their car, for example! I guess this shows that the originals weren't stamped in a machine like the coupes as I thought. Anyone know??
