WWW.EASTWOOD.COM see http://eastwood.resultspage.com/sear...31&submit.y=14 Sells various sizes of soft jawed cresent wrench's. They work better than the individual AN wrench set. Also get the hard plastic or soft jaws for your vise and you are set.
I always apply anti-sieze to Male and Fem threads to keep from gauling the fitting.
A Shaarpie permanate pen of the right color does work pretty goog to touck up little nicks.
