Red face TCC Austin

All,

So IMOP I like the Marriott... close to some good places to eat...and really the traffic was not that bad. I was there from Thursday last year and I thought the construction kind of was a drag but after 3 years at the location I know my way around some of the bad places... plus I get Marriott points

now...to stir the pot up a bit...

The Austin Team gets to pick location and organize the event, we can help, make suggestions but at the end of the day I want the local team to make the decisions. I have created the other site to make registration easier (yea I will do a better job next year)

Some very good suggestions I had after I heard was
1. Having other city's organizing an evening event.
2. Another one I heard was a track event on Friday
3. Contact list for attendees/members

Now on the “location” issue, we should not look at this as a single event. Jim Woodward is looking at organizing a cool event up here in Dallas. Houston event (last weekend) seemed like it was a great time…and I had planned to attend but screwed up my schedule.

I am looking forward to the Austin event, no matter where it is as long as everyone is there (yea even Matt)
