Default SPF 1823 in Indiana
I'm in the final process to purchase SPF1823 in Indianapolis. Any one know anything about the vehicle? More importantly is SPF 1823 actually in Indiana? So many questionable characters out there, I'm asking for knowledge the car exists. I have not seen it yet, but expect to today or tomorrow and finalize the purchase.

The car is dark silver with black stripes.
