In Melbourne you have a couple of choices if you want to build.

Python (as mentioned by Kanga)
RCM - This kit is produced by Laurie Bongailas and there are about 90 in existance. Lauire is usually at the meeting. Make sure you get to talk to him. If you want more details about RCM's (I've got one) then PM me.
