Default I'm sure this has been asked before

I'm sure this has been asked before but here goes again.
I've got a 428 FE and am going to do some changes this winter. When I put it back together I'd like to find a valve cover gasket that's an improvement on the standard cork units.
My heads are fitted with studs for the valve covers and I use nyloc nuts to secure the covers but, other than my calibrated wrist, there isn't any way to insure I have even pressure on all of the nuts. Does anyone know of a gasket for the FE's with inserts for the nuts that can be torqued to a specific value to insure even tightening when they're installed? I know them make them for the small blocks and other engines but I was wondering about the FE's.
Thanks for your input.
