At what stage did you order the chassis? Was it when Rob Darnell owned the company or when Darryl Newman bought it?? Did you pay any money? Sounds a bit weird. I would be chasing their a$$ down quicksmart.
Unfortunately don't know who now owns the company, heard it went to New Zealand, don't know how correct this info is though. Good luck
