From experience I have seen three 460 SVO crate motors blow up the bottom ends on our race circuit this year. All of them had the piston, or rods at the pistons let go.
So back to your statement yes it does matter who builds them and that is a heck of a lot of rotating mass at 7K so make sure they do it right.
