This message might be a little late but it still applies...
Even If you've never "played" with cars before. It's possible to build one. I have witnessed such a phenomenom with acceptable results AND registration compliance to boot! Much to my "soft-heartedness" this cobra was built whilst mine sat in limbo. Lesson #1 find a sucker like me and go for your life !
One warning though. When you start to source parts,ie engine, suspension, steering, etc [not specific cobra bits] don't. I repeat DON'T tell them it's for a Cobra...make up some other story... the price some how rises. Hold back the bragging rights till you have finished,then go back and show them your finished product with the satifying knowledge that you have impressed them with a fine piece of automotive machinery annnd that they are pissed off.. because if they knew it was a Cobra they'd have charged you more for the bits !
