Looking thru my notes...the distinction between FIA and USRRC cars..
  • FIA cars had trunk bumps; USRRC did not.
  • USRRC ran with no grilles and full windshield

There were really two flavors of comp cars, besides the FIA configuration: USRRC and SCCA... the respective rules of each determined the config....but they were both comp configurations.
