The link Ant posted has some usefulo info BUT alot of those dimensioned drawings are for brand "X" which is a different width. That changes dimensions in that direction alot. I am going through the same thing right now on the street dash layout. I have (of course) more info on the SC dash which is the one I'm not doing. The flat pattern dash is 10 5/16 tall in the centre. It should have a 3/4 deep lip on the bottom. On correct cars it will have a radius to match the tube it wraps around, not a press brake sharp corner. The toggle switches measure 2 3/8" from the bottom of a dash before forming (not bending ;-).
