I actually placed a deposit on a kit in early December, 2005.
I was really anxious to build the kit.

While the guys are really nice, I never came close to getting a kit and in late April, 2006, was actually farther away from a delivery than I thought I was in December.

Since the kit designer was sort of removed from everything in the the production of parts, chassis, etc., the whole operation seemed sort of stalled.

They cheerfully gave me my deposit back and I bought a Superformance kit in June.

While the Superformance is a really nice car, I was a bit disappointed in not getting the kit I actually wanted.

I have had no communication with anyone at CER since then, I have not heard of any kits actually being delivered other than the original 8-10 kits.

If they do get to the point where they can actually deliver, the price is still worth it as many of the extra items which most kits do not include are still included with the CER.

If you are interested, you should contact them and see if they are actually producing kits. They were at Chassis #1014 in May of last year so you might see what number they are up to now.
