Thanks Mulv for the info. I have a 1973 Mach 1 that has been siting in my garage with collector car insurance on it. In 2004 I changed the carb to an edelbrock 650 and it would not pass emmissions. It needs to be rejeted, I allways had a hard time to get through emissions even with the old carb on it, So I have been waiting for this new law to go through. I guess it is time to go to the DMV with my insurance card and see if they will tag it with no emissions. Thanks Greg.
