I thought the last ad I saw for a MarkV (the one or two existing currently) indicated it would NOT come with a manufacturers MCO (Ok, MSO).
Without that the car, depending on the State, could be VERY tough to register.
I know in Hawaii there are specific things they look for on an MCO and will reject it if it doesn't meet their standards. Just because you get one, doesn't automatically mean you can use it effectively.
