Randy........all thoughts hee are good, and they are looking out for you. It is wise to have 'the guys who sold it to you' drive it for a bit, as they are saying, to get any early bugs out. Good idea! Now, when you take over...just keep in mind.....this is a fun car, a great ride, and no sound or feel like it ....ANYWHERE! It just 'bites' sometimes if you are not paying attention...like the pipes......something simple like cleaning the windshield....you forget...and soon, have either part of your pants attached to the pipes.....or a nice smoldering on the leg.....also, just keep attention to the sound, and the gauges........not extreme, just watch them until you realize that.....2 gauges should always point left (oil and water temp..meaning they are in the 'good zone") the other 3.fuel, oil pressure, and amps...should point up or to the right...once this is reconized easily........no issue! after that...........just have fun!!
oh, and by the way........a name for the car needed by your daughter..........why not Phoenix? picking it up there, and the name means....a beautiful lone bird that consumed itself in "fire", rising renewed from the ashes to start another long life! it is also used as a symbol of 'immortality"...I think it just might have a fit!
best of luck to you...............enjoy the ride!
