I know someone who is redoing his dash and can't recall the size holes that are needed in the backer material for the SW gauges. I'm assuming the holes would just be slightly larger than the gauge OD, so the gap is filled tight with the dash covering material.

Does anyone recall the proper hole sizes for the two different gauge sizes and any recommendations on how to cut them (hole saw?) when using a 14ga aluminum backer material?
