Interesting no one provided numbers for torquing the heads. I torqued my 427 Edelbrock Aluminium heads at 100 ft lbs and as Rick Parker said I then torqued the inside long bolts and additional 10# (my head bolts are ARP). Do not forget to retorque the head bolts after a good break in of 30 mins or so. Even if you have the gaskets that claim you don't have to re-torque.
