It appears that we have two different Cobra Clubs here.

I received a call from Irwin last night about a breakfast at 10:00 (yes I know, that’s almost lunch time for some of us) and then a run to the dam. Then this morning I see a post about a breakfast at 8:00 (that a bit late for breakfast but hey, it’s Saturday so we sleep in a bit) and then a run to the mine.

I know that as a group we’ve been resistant to formality and organization, but maybe it’s time to at least attempt a meeting where we can all get together and try to coordinate things a little and not to have two groups going in two different directions.

Perhaps we can find someplace for breakfast that can accommodate our group in a room suitable for a meeting. Meet at 9:00 (compromise between the 8:00 and 10:00 groups) and start working on a plan that works for everyone, or at least the majority. If need be, I’ll be happy to act as moderator for this meeting. And no, I don’t want to be president or anything like that. I’d just like to see everyone working together.

The goal is to have a group that gathers all Cobra owners together with a common purpose and direction, seeking out others that may not know about us and giving them the opportunity to join us.
