Hey Guys, anyone aware of a rumor regarding DMV change to remove the front license plate requirement in NJ for all cars ? Although I cannot yet confirm this at all - while searching this out on the net tripped onto a petition asking for signatures requesting legislation changes to remove the front plate requirement.
