Here is the house... A fairly solid base to work from. We will be taking out the kitchen and bathroom etc. All bedrooms will be upgraded. Adding a theatre and family extension. Dad is trying to convince Mum to put in a pool and spa also.

The home was built for the owner who lived in it all of her life. So it is well due for a full renovation. Looks like Dad will have to stay home now and supervise - no trip to the States...
