WIth the info so far, I would say take off the valve covers and check the clearance and look for any loose rockers etc. for starters.

it's an 1983 with 67,000 miles, I'm not sure but I think it's a roller type.
Imported it from the US, big troubles with registration over here, if this was not the case I would have been already rebuilding it!
