Well my kit will be here in about 6 weeks! I'm interested in recommendations for engine builders in my area. I know Craft and Engine Factory and Performance Unltd all put out BB engines such as I might use but I'd like to be able to work with the builder more closely to customize the engine AND be able to easily get it back to someone who knows it well for any future service or repairs without doing a cross-country shipping. I live in Merced, California, 2 hrs south of Sacramento and 1 hr north of Fresno. Recommendations based on personal experience with a particular builder would be much appreciated. Thanks!
