Do I have this right?
If you buy a cobra that is titled as a 1965 Ford or 1965 Superformance or 1965 Custom you should be fine titling it in NYS as long as the the previous title is valid and the title and insurance card match. Since most states now require the car to be titled the year built most of those available are 2001, 2002 or something more recent. For NYS how does the emmissions testing work on these? If it is titled as a 200x custom are those exempt? I cannot imagine that the way most these cars are set up would ever pass emmissions.

thanks!!
