Mick,
I set the footbox in position last night and held the pedal box in the CR position to lay out the support pipe holes. With the 11" measurement to the rear of the pedal box to the center of the cowl hoop tube, the rear of the flange lines up right on the edge of the line where the footbox starts to slant up. The front of the pedal box is a few inches back from the front of the foot box. It seems the CR measurements are right on in this particular case.

Thanks for the pics, any idea where I could get those parts? I don't think I have the tools to fab those pieces up.
