Its' been a while but when I registered my Cobra the RTA wasn't worried about MPH or KPH dials all they wanted was a six digit odometer....the original smiths anticlockwise speedo was acceptable ONLY if it had a six digit odometer.....it had five digits, like most human hands. So I put a datsun
200B speedo inside an old Triumph Smiths body to make the RTA (spell check suggests RAT) happy...they were.
