Red face inspection parameters by reqions in NYS
Goodmorning all,
I am looking for the breakdown of what inspection specification/requirements apply in New York State for Custom Vehicles. Depending on your location, you might need a Sniffer(idle) test or a PCV test. There has to be a listing somewhere by Zip Codes (NOT Counties) for the different requirements but I have been unable to find it.
