State Farm is another you might want to check with. I don't believe that they put any restrictions on mileage or where you drive the car to. The trick is to find an agent that is familiar with that type of policy.

Midwest Classic is who I went with. No onerous restrictions and 6000 miles/year. Price was competetive. Robbin Terry is the rep. (888)271-4000.

I tried the local Anpac rep here and they never returned my calls. Didn't give me a real good feeling about how they might handle claims.
