I have American Hobbyist but FFR hosts a list of Cobra Insurance companies.
The reason a lot of insurance companies stopped issuing insurance for Cobras is un-like other collectable cars that stay parked in the garage, the Cobra was driven hard on the streets with high horsepower engines and we had multiple deaths during many accidents and having written cheap policies and now having to pay off millions in claims stopped writing Cobra insurance.
