Sorry I don't have any pictures today. Had a double-hernia operation yesterday and I may not get into work today.
Just follow the manual diagram. My recollection is that, when the suspension is hanging down, there's about 1" clearance between the bar and the lower control arm. That will increase a bit as the suspension goes to normal ride height.
Put the vertical link in
from the bottom so that the extra threads are at the top.
