This is an old thread I started about 2 years ago. Sorry I did'nt chime in sooner. Chilibit is right about the RTV fix, I did this on my cable 2 years ago and I have'nt had a problem since. As far as the fluid dripping off the back of the speedo, the fluid was actually wicking up the cable
