Tom...I am sorry to see how this rolled out...but there
is some good info that came thru.
Sounds to me that some of the other issues can be resolved thru the dealer network...and, it's good to see Tony here for further dialog.
The serious individual issues should be pursued offline.
Now, though, there is a little too much interpersonal bad blood here.
