Chuck has lots of material on the 289's. Do you have a body or a body in mind. A lot of bodies have interior tubs which makes the frames a lot simpler. Check Patricks gallery and mine and think about which direction you want to head. I'm talking direction not speed here! The build section in the gallery is a good place to browse.
