The reason they don't park is that the power to park them comes from the low-speed circuit. So... the problem could be in either the motor (and internal park switch or the relay board. If you switch wires at the high speed and low speed terminals (at the motor), that will tell us a lot. There's also a wiper troubleshooting section (page 20) in my
