Default Emissions
Ok guy's, what do I do.

Received my notice of testing due by July 3rd. Do i wait and see if the law will pass, go take the test and see what happens or what? My registration is up in July also. I would imagine i can not get renewed without a emission sticker. Maybe the reg will come and i can just send it in before the test is due. Sure do not want to have my car just sit.
