Canton is next weekend? Hmmmm .. might be able to make that one, but if there's even look like a
slight chance of rain ... nothing doing. It only takes getting caught in the wet stuff once a year to remind me why you don't brave it ... ESPECIALLY at night. The oncoming traffic (headlights) would blind me because of all the water on the windshield. Think I creased my seat.
Don it was a pleasure on my end as well to have someone as brave (or stupid) as me to hang out with. On the way home down Hwy 53, before I got to Tate ... had a lunatic in a late model pick up truck running in excess of 100 mph in front of me thru the twisties - taking up both lanes and almost hitting someone head-on. Guess he thought we were racing? Thought for sure he was going to flip it over a couple times. I stayed back with enough braking distance between me and him - just in case.
