Warrenty to the second purchaser? The 4 months don't start until the second purchaser gets the engine? If you haven't done so, you need to talk directly to the builder who is standing behind this warrenty.

Personally I wouldn't trust a 0.060 overbore. It's your roll of the dice though, and life is a gamble. I prefere low risk gambling unless the pay off is big. I don't see the big pay off here. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see any parts that make this a steal, if the block ends up as toast.
