Noticed the same with mine. Adjusted the shock to compensate but now the drivers side has more preload on the spring than the passenger side. Still did not get the car where I wanted it. After a lot of measuring and looking I decided that the difference is in the body. You can not correct it with the suspension.
I leveled the frame off the floor than tried to level out the body to the frame. I measured up the top of one front fender to a random point and marked it than did the same on the other fender with the same measurement. I than placed a straight edge across those points and put a 4 ft. level across. Even after I got the level I was happy with there is more of a gap between the top of the front tire and fender lip on the passenger side than the drivers side.
I guess thats the way it is going to be.
