Here is a copy of the sheet.
Belts Fan,alternator, Power steering belts are tight and not cracked
Battery Properly secured, terminals clean and in good condition.
Body All panels must be secured and not rubbing on tires or scrapping the groung.
Brakes Pads must have at least 50% material left. Rotors must meet factory specs and have no excessive surface cracks. brake lines must be clear of wheels and not have any cracks. fresh brake fluid is reccomended before each event.
Engine Motor mounts must be in good condition. no
oil leaks,no fuel leaks.
Cooling system Radiator, hoses and reservior must be in good condition.
Lights. Brake lights must be working
Mirrors At least one rear view mirror must be securly mounted
Seatbelts Must be securly mounted, in good condition and be DOT approved.
Tires Street tires must have at least 3/32 tread depth. Race tires must be in good condition
Wheels lug nuts must be torqued to factory specs. no bent or cracked wheels
Windshield No cracks or obstructions and all devices hanging from mirror must be removed
