I have used these in the past for my M3 cars. but you can install them on your E36 suspensions. They work real well, safety the lock nuts and you're good to go. SPC makes a good one as well. The track cars I have set up uses these. Here is a link.

I got a set of these on my BDR. I had to change to them after getting the race suspension specs from Tony Martin when I first got the car. Really helps with adjustment. before you ask what the specs are I'm still looking for them!!! I wish I had kept a copy!
