Bryon,

The adjustment process is not difficult, but the article recommends that it be done in a step-wise manner, which is covered in several pages of instructions. I don't recall all the steps, but I do remember the basic adjustment involves setting the pads as close as possible to the disc and the last adjustment sets the length of the rod between the E-brake handle and the arm on the brake assembly.

If you email SCOF all the info, you shouldn't have any trouble getting registered. It's free and definitely worth doing.
