Default Installed the Webers - its running!

I got them installed an running .

First test ride showed it way lean on transition (about 1600 rpm)

My supplier could not get the idle holders in the specified 100 size, so I tried the stock 120s - not good.

So I soldered the 120 shut and drilled new 1mm holes.

Runs much better now but still has a lean hole at about 3000. I still have to check ignition advance, since my distr. was optimized for vacuum advance.
Probably need more initial.

My setup now is:
Idle 65
Idle Holder 100

Air corrector 120
Emulsion Tube F16
Main Jet 150

Venturies 40 mm

Basically a copy of Stefans "mallorca special" but using F16 because I could not get the F14

What would you suggest as next step to get rid of the 3000rpm lean spot?

Yes, I do have a wideband O2 to check - great tool btw.
