Default -10 AN or -12 AN for oil cooler?

Howdy, me again.... I started a post about my supercharged Taurus SHO here.

I am currently trying to setup my oil cooler setup and I am having a really hard time deciding between -10 or -12 AN. Can anyone offer some advice in that area?

I also found out today that my Fluidyne Therm-HX cooler is a tad large for fitment, so I need to sell that off and order a different cooler. I am looking at Earl's Temp-A-Cure coolers and Mocal coolers. Anyone have any experience with the two. Both seem very similar in build and design. My oil can get rather warm, so I'm looking for something that is relatively large and doesn't cause a huge pressure drop.

THANKS!
