I'm trying to keep it clean without having fitment problems with the lines, but I'd rather over-cool since I have a t-stat.
I'd say that's roughly the size of a Cobra oil cooler, and I can attest that mine works well.

Another option... get a cooler with a fan (or pair of small fans) mounted to it, and stick it in the fender. This way you're not eating up grille space if it's tight.
